  1. Payment is accepted via cash or Venmo only. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prepayment is requested, which Diamond Glove Services reserves the right to require at any time.
  2. Submitting a service request is not a commitment to service. A confirmation and price estimate will be sent via email before any work begins. Diamond Glove Services reserves the right to decline service on any glove deemed unsuitable for restoration or outside the scope of services offered.
  3. All order updates and communications will be sent to the email address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor that inbox and respond in a timely manner. Failure to respond will delay the start or completion of glove work.
  4. Lace color selections are subject to availability. If a selected color is unavailable, Diamond Glove Services will coordinate with the customer to identify an alternative before work begins.
  5. Urgent service requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed via email. The urgent turnaround clock begins once the glove has been received.
  6. A 6-month warranty covers all lacing work performed. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or excessive wear.
  7. For break-in services, there is no universal standard for what constitutes a fully broken-in glove. If dissatisfied with the level of break-in, no refund will be issued. However, every reasonable effort will be made to continue working with the customer to achieve the desired result.
  8. Diamond Glove Services assumes no responsibility for injury or damage resulting from glove failure during use.
  9. All shipping is handled via UPS Ground by default. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Shipping insurance is available upon request. All shipping costs, including any upgrades or insurance, will be added to the final bill. Once a package has been accepted by UPS, Diamond Glove Services is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
  10. Gloves submitted via a service request may be photographed and featured on Diamond Glove Services social media.
  11. Gloves not picked up or arranged for return within 90 days of service completion will be considered abandoned.
