Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days from when the glove is received. Need it faster? Add the urgent service (+$25) and your order will be prioritized.
Urgent turnaround times start from the date the glove is received. Cleaning & conditioning and lace repair are completed within 24 hours. Break-in service is completed within 3 days. Full relace is completed within 5 days. Urgent service adds $25 to the order total and can be selected when submitting a request.
Payment is accepted via cash or Venmo. Payment details will be confirmed when your order is finalized.
Yes. Over 50 colors are available and you can mix and match for a fully custom look. All colors are subject to availability. Check the color gallery for options.
Yes. If a lace breaks within six months of service, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
Yes, though inspection is required first. Older leather can be fragile and may require additional care. Depending on the condition, an additional fee may apply or the work may be declined.
Yes. Shipped orders are accepted from anywhere in the country. All shipping is handled via UPS Ground by default. Return shipping costs will be added to the final bill.
No. Cleaning and conditioning restores the leather's moisture and removes dirt without changing the fit, shape, or feel of your glove.
The break-in process gets your glove practice-ready with a good foundation, but some time playing catch will fine-tune the feel to your hand. Think of it as doing the hard work for you.
All lace is sourced from BuyFastpitchGloves.com. For cleaning and conditioning, Sarna Baseball Cleaner and Ball Players Balm are used. Both are designed specifically for baseball gloves.
Drop off, local pickup and delivery in the Madison area, or ship it in. Select your preference when submitting a service request.

No. Stitching and leather repair are not offered. Services are limited to relacing, break-in, and cleaning and conditioning. Any requests outside of those will not be accepted.
